You left a post on my blog about the banner and the background music on my site.
I can tell you how to get the banner easy enough but the music is a little more complicated, and I'd have to show you the HTML. But, if you just search "ADDING BACKGROUND MUSIC USING XHTML" using Google, you should be able to find a heap of helpful sites.
Okay, if you got to page elements under the "Customize" heading, you should come up with all of the page elements. There will be one called nav bar. Under that there should be one called "Header" or something similar. Click on that and it should come up with a box where you can add your image.

Simple as that.
